An intensive, individually tailored matchmaking experience combining a bespoke search campaign, personal guidance and discreet concierge coordination.

Signature Concierge includes up to 10 introductions in total. It does not add a second introduction allowance to Private Matchmaking.
Service duration & practical details
Six months of active service.
When your service begins
Your six-month active service period begins once your personal profile and search strategy are complete, your preferences have been reviewed with you and we confirm your start date in writing.
What counts as an introduction
An introduction counts only after both individuals have received relevant information, confirmed their interest and direct contact has been established. Sending a profile or approaching a potential candidate alone does not count.
Pausing your service
You may request a pause without giving a personal reason. During an agreed pause, active searching and new introductions stop. Your remaining active service time and unused introduction allowance are preserved. We confirm your revised end date when the service resumes.
Additional time
If fewer than 10 introductions have taken place after six active months, you may request an extension of up to three additional active months at no extra service fee, provided you remain responsive and available to participate.
The extension covers continued search, introductions and related feedback. It does not renew coaching or concierge allowances.
The service concludes when the introduction allowance is exhausted or the agreed active service period ends, whichever comes first, even if fewer than 10 introductions have taken place. Further support or introductions may be arranged separately.
Individual pace and mutual choice
The pace of introductions depends on the availability of suitable candidates, mutual interest and both individuals’ participation. The allowance of up to 10 introductions is a maximum, rather than a guaranteed number of meetings. Our commitment is to the agreed professional service; the development of a relationship remains the choice of both people.
Concierge and external costs
Concierge covers the coordination specified in your personal proposal. Accommodation, transport, dining and other third-party services are charged separately unless expressly included.
The bespoke campaign includes strategy, personal selection and direct outreach. Paid advertising, external scouting and additional travel are separately quoted and require prior approval.
Any extension of coaching from three to six sessions, or additional service arrangements, is agreed before it is provided.
